Eagle now can you see why people in Sydenham NEED to have cars too. These train disruptions are happening every weekend... SE London just isn't as connected as the rest of London unfortunately. The infrastructure isn't 'up to it' YET.

Walking past Sydenham Station this lunchtime, I was told they were building a new ticket office.

An aside, and thinking only of aesthetics so feel free to ignore. I asked an operative if they could pass on my request that the wall opposite (once on the platform) could be painted or have advertising boards whatever - or something, so that one is not greeted with a blackened wall reminiscent of sooty brick walls rendered by steam trains which is not exactly "today". Even a quick rub over with a damp cloth
