They have power in Sydenham Road. Just shopped!
Only one of the four belisha beacons is working at the bottom of Westwood Hill/Cobb's roundabout so that looks like the southern border of the cut.

Had a very brief cut (sufficient for me to lose the draft of a complicated email I was working on) in SE26 4 about 45 minutes ago.
