Penge Tithe Map

I heard a rumour that the Tithe map for Penge was never surveyed, hence no apportionment schedule either, and the map drawn up at Bromley Library might be based on the earlier Enclosure Award map; anyone confirm if this is true? Might the Penge Tithe map be available under Battersea or is it definitely non-existent?
