Moving

Hello All
I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question, if it isn't please direct me to the right place.
I am thinking of moving into Sydenham namely upper Sydenham near Wells Park Road. Can anyone tell me what they think of the area? I'm interested in any anti social behaviour, burglaries etc

I'm also interested in hearing about Sydenham in general.
