Wearing my hat
Oh what is that?
The flies quite like it.
Left by a cat.
Who did a shat.
Like a shrunk cow pat.

committing a foul travesty
Of justice
In blaming an innocent cat
For the actions of a different hand
Or paw
Did you detect a pungent stink
That would make you think
Of fox?

One has believed
The claims of cat lovers
aggrieved.
"My pussy is a cleanly critter
It poos only in the tray of litter".

But mine eyes have seen it,
Squat on the grass
And independently witnessed
by my other half.
