Looking for artists to help build madcap vehicles!

The Remarkable Race of 1913 will be Spontaneous Productions' big open-air theatre show this July (part of Sydenham Arts Festival).

Racing around Mayow Park on Sunday 7 July will be nine pedal-powered vehicles transformed into old-fashioned 'jalopies' - imagine an Edwardian 'Wacky Races'! - ridden by teams of costumed actors as the madcap contestants.

If any artists with design/construction skills are interested in joining our growing design team to help build the vehicles and associated props, please get in touch asap.

Our next production meeting will be at The Dolphin Pub tomorrow (Sat 1 June) at 3pm to agree who will be building which vehicles (and we'll also be meeting again in a couple of weeks). Come along if you'd like to find out more!
