Garden makeover

We've been trying to get someone to undertake a makeover of a small garden in Sydenham. Hard landscaping and planting. We wanted to use local firms but have found the process very frustrating because of the unreliability of people we have asked to come and quote. We asked Parish Lane Garden Centre and Acme Construction to quote and arranged for them to visit by appointment. Neither turned up or had the courtesy to respond to follow-up calls. I appreciate its a busy time of year for gardeners and landscapers but we had arranged to be in on both occasions, in one case I had come back early from a trip teo Essex especially. So if anyone knows of a reliable landscaping company, who might actually want some work, please let us know!
