Join us for our next community clean up on Saturday 27 April from 10am - 1pm meeting outside Blue Mountain on Cobbs Corner. Hi viz jackets, removal kits and some scrapers will be provided. If you have one please bring along your own scraper plus wear suitable clothing.
From the last thread - http://sydenham.org.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=9107 - a request was made for a weekend so here is your chance to make a difference.
We also organised some press coverage for the time credits - http://www.newsshopper.co.uk/news/10339 ... e_credits/
Look forward to seeing you next Saturday to finish the top end of Sydenham - and then plan a day for the lower end.
I am also pressing for enforcement on the shop shutter stickers - I removed another dozen yesterday - 0800 019 4114.

Looking forward to seeing a few of you tomorrow to help remove the flyposting and shop shutter stickers around Cobbs Corner - it would be good to then move on to lower Sydenham.

Many thanks to our small but effective team this morning - we have tackled all but one shop in the core of the high street and that was because Payless didn't co-operate. Thanks Sean for the short video showing the difference we have made to the granite upstands - https://www.youtube.com/user/SydenhamKirkForestTV
