I'm looking for a sensible, professional solicitor to do the conveyancing on the sale of my flat.

Can anyone recommend someone local?

We've used Amphlett Lissimore in the past, reasonable rates and professional service. They used to have an office in the high street but are now located in Upper Norwood.
