accident on kirkdale?

Does anyone know if there was an accident on kirkdale last night? This morning I saw lots of car debris and skid marks by the three road humps near Kelvin grove. Just wondering what the story was and hoping nobody was hurt.

Yes, looks to have been pretty bad with police blocking the road from Mount Ash to the roundabout. The strange thing is that there was a crash in exactly the same place last August on the same day (Wednesday 22 at 3 in the morning). By the look of one of the cars it must have been travelling at the speed of light.

Just saw this. My car was the first one hit by an Audi A3 travelling at about 80mph down Kirkdale. An unmarked police car with blue lights flashing was also at the scene (I ran out straight away as soon as I heard the crash) although apparently they weren't in pursuit My car was totalled, another car was severely damaged and 2 houses had their fence badly damaged. Amazingly no one was hurt.
