Sydenham Arts Festival Ltd will be holding its AGM on Monday 4 March at 7.30pm-9pm

This meeting is open to all our subscribers, or anyone who is interested in finding out more about our plans for July 2013.

Venue: The Grove Centre (House Hall, not Main Hall), 2 Jews Walk, Sydenham SE26 6PL

Agenda:
•Minutes of the 2nd Annual General meeting
•Matters Arising
•Acceptance of the Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 October 2012 (see link here)
•Election of new Director(s) (with responsibility to run SAF and ensure that it performs within the Companies Act)
•Election of Management Committee (to take forward the 2013 committee)
•Other Business to include plans for 2013 Festival

We will presenting our plans for the exciting 2013 programme which is currently being put together and answer any questions you might have.
