I would love to see a coffee bar that opens in the evening. I'm not a commuter but early opening would be good for commuters and good for business I bet! Echo what people say about Domali - lovely food, crap service a lot of the time! Having a few staples would be good (nice sarnies, jacket potatotes, home made soup of the day). Regarding names it's quite hard to pick for someone you don't know! sorry, lacking inspiration for that.
