Bad News: No Overground Sunday. Disrupted Southern services.
Good News: New Overground service starts next week from Surrey Quays to Clapham Junction via Peckham, Denmark Hill & Clapham Town. Every 15 minutes.

And winter timetable starts this Sunday too.

The details on TfL say that the Overground will not run on Sunday before 8am, but will be fine after that. Southern services heading north are skipping not stopping between Norwood Junction and New Cross Gate but the southbound service seems unaffected.

My apologies for not spotting the 8am marker for the Overground. It just happens all day so often you almost take it as read.

Part of the problem is that the Overground runs on two sets of tracks hence is pulled if either is out for maintenance. Plus the northern section also gets closed for Crossrail work (roll on 2017).
