Reminder that the closing date for the SEE3 Town Team Manager is noon on Monday 12th November with interviews on Tuesday 20 November. The budget is £30k for someone to deliver the following outputs over the next year:
• Delivery of a well developed and representative Town Team
• Positive communications and image of SEE3 and its projects
• Delivery of the smaller elements of the pilot bid including signage £20,000, shop local £12,000 and support for the high street £10,000
• Additional value created through sponsorship, volunteers and other means
Your submission will need to include:
• name of individual / organisation and full contact details
• your proposed approach and project plan, with timeline (including start and end dates)
• your experience, knowledge and track record of working in similar projects
• CV of all members who will be working on the project
• cost schedule setting out in detail your fee (including number of days and day/hourly rate), and what resources you need from us (financial and people)
• contact details of two references
• consideration to be given to opportunities for adding value over and above the key requirements

The closing date for the Hubs Coordinator and Artist in Residence is Wednesday 14th November. These two posts are to support development and delivery of the two Community Hubs, Jack & Jill. The start date is asap after the interview on Thursday 22nd November
The Hubs Coordinator role will be responsible for coordinating activities in the two community hubs, including a volunteer programme to provide support and cover in Jack & Jill for a six month period. The role will also need to identify and secure a suitable hub for Forest Hill and oversee its re-fit. The budget for this role is in the region of £10,000.
The Artist in Residence role will be responsible for creatively engaging with the public about the future of their high streets including identity and place in the two community hubs. This will include delivering a programme of exhibitions and events. The budget for this role is in the region of £9,000.
