SEE3 Town Team Christmas Committee meeting Weds 24 Oct 7.30

Post by louisecbrooks »

Dear All

Early as possible warning about a Christmas Committee meeting to take place Weds 24 Oct at 7.30pm, probably at Forest Hill Pools but I will confirm this later. The aim of the meeting is to bring together all of the local groups mainly so that we can coordinate dates and promotional efforts. Clearly this is going to take some coordinating so if anyone would like to volunteer drawing up a list of local groups who should be involved and will be happy to contact them please drop me a line, and anyone who would like to come to the meeting in representation of a group please let me know. Email address: info@see3.co.uk.

More details will follow including an agenda.

Cheers all

UPDATE

SEE3, the Portas Pilot for Sydenham, Kirkdale and Forest Hill, are organising a Christmas Committee to bring together all of the groups, schools, churches and associations in the area who are planning to hold Christmas events. The aim of the meeting is to coordinate our Christmas activities, identifying areas where we might collaborate and look at where we might join forces to promote our Christmas activities. We’d also like to explore opportunities at how we might make our festive celebrations go off with a bang to really celebrate our Portas Pilot win.

The meeting will take place in the Community Room at Forest Hill Pools on Weds 24 October at 7.30pm.

If you represent a local group or association, or are a member of a PTA and would like to be involved please contact us at info@see3.co.uk. Equally if you would like to volunteer to help in organising and running the Christmas Committee we’d love to hear from you.
