Bulk buying logs in Byne Rd area

Hi all, long time reader but only just joined. Was thinking to myself the other day as i looked at buying logs for the winter, that if I could find a few local people who also wanted some we could get them a lot cheaper! Is there any interest in this idea? Not sure how it would work but all ideas/suggestions are welcome I live on Byne road off newlands park road.

What a great idea! I am a local Tree Surgeon who lives locally Victor Rd Alexandra Cottages (off parish lane) I am able to supply logs for sale offering you FREE delivery. Our logs are produced from wood that has been part of a necessary tree surgery or felling.
We season our timber at our yard and convert them into logs for sale. G&S Treecare sell a mixture of hard and soft wood logs suitable for open fires, log burners, stoves and even chimeneas. I sell by the trailer load Which averages 12 to 15 wheelbarrow loads. All timber is split to order. If you & your neighbours would like any further info Please do not hesitate to contact me.
