Just thought you may like to be aware of a theft that occurred in the cafe in Sydenham Savacentre Sainsbury's.
On Tuesday I was having breakfast in the cafe in there and was approached by two Romanian people brandishing leaflets. They were very rude and forceful and targeted only me and the wife. They finally left but we were left with a feeling that something was not right and it was only after a few minutes that I realised that they had used the leaflets to cover my mobile and steal it.
All - be on your guard for these kinds of attacks on your property from complete low lifes.

Lets hope they get nabbed sooner rather than later, but I can't stress the importance of keeping things out of sight from wronguns and waifs enough, it's a growing problem because these items are easy targets for them and their receivers.Skylark wrote:Informed by the police. It's impossible to know RT as skylark's experience shows and as we must always not sit in judgment of a person, as the old cliche so rightly points out "You can't judge a book by it's cover." So I try to be careful when I'm out and about by making sure that I limit any opportunity for a would be thief.
Having said this if a person looks like they have just fallen though one of Oxfam's front windows and are covered in scabs, track marks and tattoos and are cuddling a tin of White Lightning then the likelihood is I'll be on my guard.

I do,
You are trying to justify your position on the KFC thread but as far as I'm concerned it is untenable. It's probably best if we just move on from that. It would be the adult thing to do IMO.
Agreed?
