As long as they dont knock it down. Agree about the flats (Bell Green looks hardly any better than id did before, especially the Portacabin block) and the blocks of flats in Crystal Palace Park Road are pretty ugly in general in comparison the the incredible houses backing onto the park.

The only buildings on the site are pretty non descript 60's crap, Im pretty sure who ever buys it will be knocking everything down. I think the nice old building was demolished in 1979/80 ish.

They are very drab,it will be good to see it redeveloped,as long as its a well thought out one,and doesn't look out of place.
