Building firm needed: recommendations please!

I'm after a recommended builder to carry out a programme of repairs on the Victorian building where I live.

It's mainly repointing, roof repairs, exterior paintwork, guttering etc. Because it's a pretty large building divided into flats so I need someone who's really reliable and can co-ordinate a team of people without wasting time/money.

If you have anyone you've tried and tested, it would be great to hear from you.
