We are interested in:
- all possible ways people can care for plants and use them to enhance their lives, including
- begonias and bedding plants in borders
- beautiful lawns
- planted up pallets
- productive fruit and veg gardens
- wild life gardens and nature reserves
- guerrilla gardening
- promoting local professional gardeners, helping them develop the skills which will allow them to earn a living looking after other people's gardens.
- using gardens to show case other activities and crafts - art exhibitions and performances

where Annie Gatti, Gardening correspondent on The Times, will be able to tell more about the Chelsea Fringe in other parts of London, and you will be able to join in an exchange of ideas. We will also be setting up "Sydenham Community Gardeners Ltd" as a not-for-profit company to help manage this "Sydenham Fringe" and we hope further events to come.
