Does anyone know who owns this garage in Venner Road ?

There is a garage in venner road, just behind the Pedder Estate agents office. If you're standing on Sydenham High Street looking down Venner Road it's on the immediate left just after the Pedder office but before the flats. It has a black concertina garage door and a qwerky tiled roof with a door in it at the front. At the moment there's some temporary metal mesh fencing around the front. I'm looking for a workspace in the area and this looks about the right size. anyone know who I could contact about it ?

You should be able to identfy the owner with a Land Registry search (£4) - http://www.landreg.gov.uk/e-services/find-a-property

Thank you Biscuitman. I thought about using the land registry but I don't actually know the correct address. It may be part of 14 Sydenham Road or some number in Venner Road (but not #1 as that is some flats), I can't actually see a house number on the property. I've emailed the manager at Pedder office on the off chance they might be able to give me a lead and if that doesn't work I'll ask my postman if he knows the correct address - I only live up the road from it.

The Land Registry search has a feature to list all the addresses inside a given radius, so one of them should be the one you are interested in, and you may be able to work out which it is by eliminating the others.

I think the garage to which you refer used to be the home of Volkspares before they moved to Newlands Park over 40 years ago.
No idea who owns it now but good luck. Why do you not ask in Pedder's , I am sure they will find out for you.
