Hi Sydenham,
Wanted to alert the community that my scooter was stolen overnight from my driveway in Lower Sydenham. It was locked up but not to anything so was obviously just lifted.
Here are some details if anybody thinks they have come across it.

Black back box & Windscreen
FRAME NO: ZAPM3130001010105 ENGINE NO: M315M15627

So if you have your motorbike out front best lock it to something.

Re: STOLEN SCOOTER
I am really sorry to hear about your loss. I am a great believer in using a ground anchor for bikes kept in front of the house. They are not very expensive, but a bit of a nuisance to install.
Alternatively you could take my approach. Both bikes are kept in a locked steel bike shed, and chained to a ground anchor and each other. Both bikes and shed have alarms. There is PIR-activated lighting outside and an IR CCTV camera recording constantly. The shed is in a yard controlled by electric gates. This might just possibly be a bit OTT, but on the other hand I have never had a bike stolen.
Regards
Chris
