My first thoughts would be Sydenham to London Bridge and change there. Although I am a little rail-biased and bus-blinkered.
Depends whether speed or cost matters most to you I guess.

Depends on what part of Greenwich but if you mean the Naval Museum etc then Bus to Lewisham then DLR could be better.
