Saw bike theft from Dartmouth Road flats

This needs to be reported to the police by the victim as the police have a good description but will not act without the theft reported.

At 6.45 this evening, 3 lads exiting flats on dartmouth road. 2 black, one white. The guy on the bike wearing gloves. All smiling and joking. The one on the bike theatrically threw the broken combination lock to the ground- too cocky! This has been reported and police can check cctv but need the owner of the bike to get in touch. Have a feeling this group do this a lot of this kind of thing and are used to getting away with it

It might help if you could give a description of the bike (colour, road/hybrid/mountain/bmx etc). You might consider also posting this info on SE23.COM and also the bike theft section of http://cyclechat.net
