The Dolphin

Post by fishcox »

After only seemingly reading negative stuff about The Dolphin, we went down there on Saturday night (first time eating in there for a good few months).

I have to say it was really very good; we had a pretty wide selection of meals, including mussels, cod and rump steak, and each of them was perfect. I dont know how they get their chips so good, but they are the best.

Desserts too were amazing.

Service was great too.

Good to see some appreciation of the Dolphin, myself and G-lady love it. They do a blinding Bloody Mary too, well James in particular (I think he's called James)

Yes - I just had lunch there with my family, and it was pretty good, and always a lovely setting in the garden. I had the mussels and chips, which were as good as any I remember.
