Penge East Station - Road Closed

Road is closed from the Penge end of Newlands Park with buses / traffic being diverted. Looks like some sort of accident / incident, lots of police tape, so best to avoid the area. Trains are not stopping either.

Does anyone know what happened as I was stopped going back into my flat at 4am and there were lots of police and forensics in white suits?

The road has been closed since late evening on Saturday. A jogger told me it was a murder.

It was on the news this morning that a 23 year old man who was found stabbed last night had died in hospital.
