Looked around the premises last week, and although very interesting - spread over three floors, bar on the bottom (still with drinks!) snooker room on the first floor (still with three tables) and a function room at the top (with another bar) - we calculated that it would cost at least a quarter of a million to get into a suitable state.
Back to the drawing board!

Ah, shame. I think you should also consuder what Lee said about flooding the high street with to much of the same. I think two places serving Pzza would be one too many and you'd end up shooting yourself in the foot, and possibley two local enterprises could go down the pan.

What about the old Prince Alfred pub at the bottom of the High Street, that would be a nice position?
