Icy Footbridge at Sydenham Station

How can we get the stairs of the footbridge between platforms 1 & 2 cleared of snow & ice? Does anyone have the contact details of the station manager? They seem to have made an attempt to clear the steps on the Platform 2 side only, which is not satisfactory. I did mention this to a staff member this morning as I remember how treacherous the steps got last time we had snow - it became extremely dangerous & very slippery - never sure whether they will take any notice of customers. I would have thought this was an essential duty for station staff !?

of course they should clear them.....but in the meantime exit and enterthe station from the platform 1 entrance?
