The most effective thing to do about rubbish etc is to take a digital photo and email it to the Love Lewisham website - details at this link: http://www.lovelewisham.org/Help

but contacting all the people that I mention will certainly decrease the time it takes to get it sorted, and will also make it less likely to happen again in the future. Using the link, and contacting lovelewisham will get the mess removed, but the people who made the mess will be likely to think that it's ok to make the mess, because it'll get removed quickly. It's far better to stop the mess from being made in the first place, than just getting it cleaned up quickly.
