handyman

Post by pinkfizz »

hello - i'm new on the forum and wonder whether anybody can recommend a general handyman, who will not rip me off and who is reliable. i need my guttering clearing, a new tap fixed in my kitchen, a roller blind put up and, as the last guy i got around to do some jobs for me put a curtain rail on upside down (!!), i need that sorting as well.

there are a few people recommended on the east dulwich forum, but i'd prefer somebody local to sydenham if possible.

thanks for your help in advance.

Handy Jan is a local guy who has lived in the area with his family for many years, his wife taught my husband (a long time ago). He has done lots of work for us lately, decorating, fixing shed roof, changing taps, hanging heavy mirrors, shaving sticky door, replacing locks and fixing door bell. He's honest and he tidies up.
