I am pretty sure Deptford high street, or the bit of Deptford that lines the A2 anyway, has had a face lift recently. From memory a lot of the buildings above the shops have been revamped.
A part of Sydenham Road which desperately needs this treatment is on the corner of Kent House Road, towards the top end of Sydenham. The buildings above the shops are really lovely, if severely neglected.
Does anyone know how Sydenham could tap into these funds to improve buildings like those and others?
