internet cafe

Post by JRobinson »

I know that really I should just walk down Sydenham Road, and look for myself, only I'm not there at the moment and am away for the weekend, and I really need to know - is there an internet cafe somewhere in Sydenham?

if there isn't then it could just be somewhere that offers free wifi, and a power socket.

we're not getting broadband at home for a while, and there are some websites that you're just not allowed to go to on a work pc.

I've seen a few at the lower end of Sydenham road but I've never used any of them. The internet cafe I have used that I rate is the one opposite Forest Hill Sainsbury's. You can get half an hour's access for 50p.

Alternatively you could just sign up at either Sydenham or Forest Hill libraries and take advantage of their free internet and wifi. Though Sydenham is rarely if ever open as far as I'm aware and Forest Hill library can get a bit noisy after the schools shut.

You will find one a few doors down from the pet shop.

Isn't there one on the High Street next/very near to Kente coffee shop? Almost opposite Silverdale.

I shall try these suggestions out - free wifi in Sugahill sounds like a good idea, as I've yet to try out that cafe either.

I have used two mentioned here already, the one near the pet shop, between Morrisons and Lidl, and the one in Forest Hill more or less opposite Sainsburys, although neither for a good 18 months now. I'd definately recommend the latter, although both could have done with a facelift last time I was in them!
