Wow – this is brilliant news. I live near Wells Park Road and I really hope this plan goes ahead, it sounds excellent and is definitely needed.

Yes i agree...this is brilliant news for Wells Park and the surrounding area. Its always abit run down and forgotten this stretch, so it will bring real impetus to the area. Wonder where it will be built?

Hope it all works out.

What a choice ... pregnancy or youth centre. All about being busy...I suppose...something to do.

I vote for the youth centre.

Probably on the site of the club that's already there....on the junction with Taylor's Lane.

Oh-oh – that's a nice old building, and perhaps there are other suitable sites – but to be honest I could live without that old building if thats what it would take to make this essential project reality.
