Former nurse faces jail over theft

A former nurse is due to be sentenced for stealing £72,000 from an Alzheimer's sufferer in his care.
Abdool Hamuth, 65, was working at Castlebar nursing home, Sydenham, south east London, when the thefts took place.
London's Southwark Crown Court heard Hamuth's victim, who was 78 at the time, has since died. He pleaded guilty to three counts of obtaining money transfers by deception in 2004.
