Hi,
What in idiot speak are the fire regulations for a three bedroomed house with six adults privately renting it ?
I have tried to understand Lewishams web page but have not got a clue what it all means.

Are you talking about the landlord's responsibilty for providing adequate means of escape , fire alarms and fire equipment? They also need to provide a annual gas safety certificate for the gas boiler if there is one and provide a energy performance certificate to the tenannts showing the properties energy efficiency rating.Contact lewisham Environmental Health Officer for more info.
