Well at last the hoardings have been taken off the front of the new building where "The Duke" used to be in Wells Park Road.Not a bad looking building,don't know if it' private or housing association.There is a nice little brick wall around the front,which will make a nice place for all the little hoodies etc that congregate around the chicken shop and the Spar to make there home.
Yes, the flats do look pretty good from the outside, infact too good for where its located, i really dont know who on earth would buy a property there right next to that shop and the chicken shack, they must be council or housing organisation, god help whoever is going to live there anyway.
