SA Festival unveils new talent

For me the low point of the SAF was the man who had to be apprehended after he tried to run off with the “tips bowl” sitting in front of Peter the visually impaired singer who sang and played keyboards outside the bookshop on the opening Saturday. The high point was to discover that Peter will shortly be starting an “engagement” to play at Gurkha’s on a regular basis.

For me the high point was Bellissima at the singer/songwriter night @ Golden Lion. Why they haven't become the biggest selling artists in the country, I do not know.

Low point was having to leave Trattoria Rafelle after only 2 bottles of their fab house red on the Thursday night of Ameretti Angels. Love that place!
