Locality Fund
At the 4 September 2008 meeting, the Sydenham Assembly agreed on these projects for funding from the £10,000 Locality Fund for 2008-09:
Sydenham Arts Festival: £5,000
development of Sydenham and Forest Hill Youth Forum - £1,000
Sydenham radio project to work with young people - £2,000
replacement and new litter bins: £1,000
wallpaper for vacant shops: £1,000.
So where is the wallpaper?
And, no mention of that dreadful mosaic!!!!!
