Oyster reader at Lower Sydenham

I notice that the new Oyster Readers are now being installed along the Hayes line on South Eastern Rail.
Does anyone know when these will be activated (particularly Lower Sydenham and New Beckenham)? Also, do you know whether I will be able to put my RAIL ONLY monthly/annual travelcard on Oyster now that the readers are in place?

I reckon they have a problem on the Hayes line for fare dodgers. I often travel from Lower Sydenham to Hayes on Sundays and no revenue protection in any shape or form.
