Can you recommend a Builder?

Hi
I'm looking for someone to do some work on my house, e.g. laying kitchen and bathroom floors, dealing with some damp issues and a bit of redecorating where there is currently damp. Can anybody make a recommendation?

It might be best to contact some damp specialists.

We had to have lots of work done on our house because the damp proof course had failed or something and there was a leak in the chimney....the company were recommended by our surveyor (who surveyed it when we were buying). Ours did work out quite costly because they had to strip back to brick and replaster large areas....might be worth a try though:

I used this company to check out my damp and they used a damp course on the partsd that needed it. They charge £50 for a quote. Recommended to me by a well known local Estate Agent.

I recommend local man who does NOT charge for quotes. Known him for 20 years , totally realiable and honest
