Thanks for these Will. Am particularly interested of the picture pf the Meadow, Gipsy Hill. I'm wondering if that is what is now called Long Meadow by the Paxton Green roundabout at the top of South Croxted Road. I walk my dogs there several times a week as it surrounded by ralings and is a good place to let them off the lead. If it is, it was wider then and obviously there are a lot more houses around now. Dont think you could graze cattle there now!
Was it a post card? Would like to be able to get a copy.
