Police and Fire Engines at Dulwich Wood House/Beltwood House

Loads of activity on Sydenham Hill in the last couple of hours. Lots of police and multiple fire engines milling around. Not possible to see whether it is Dulwich Wood House or Beltwood House as there are cordons around.

Does anyone know what happened here? When I walked past yesterday evening (and again this morning) there was no sign of anything wrong.
