I noticed that these works apply only to Phase III which is the residential element. Is there any info on the landscaping of the commercial part (Phase II)?

Has there been a change to the residential as initially it was to be a mixture of affordable ( ) and social housing. It looks a bit like the new flats in bermondsey spa but greener.

Guess Homebase will now not go ahead due to credit crunch. Afterall another store only 1 mile away.
Not much they can do to worsen Bell Green

I understand that was the idea originally . I am not being negative but all devolpers will be looking again at their plans I would imagine
