Handyman?

Right, I've got the electrician sorted but now I'm going to need a handyman type person to sort out where rain has leaked into my bathroom exhaust fan. Can anyone recommend someone good who would take on a small job like this?

Also should've said, someone who's likely to be available to come out pretty soon would be good!
