Agressive staffy in Mayow Park

As above, young-ish white male with a brindle staffy on a long lead- twice witnessed dog chasing and trying to attack a woman who had to run before the owner got lead tight to stop dog carrying on. Guy totally unapologetic, clearly dog is not socialised at all and a long lead is totally inadequate. Only a matter of time until dog bites someone. If you see this pair please give a wide berth, and anyone witnessing aggressive dog behaviour pls report to police. The owner doesn't seem to care at all.
