Hi Everyone!
I wanted to check to see if anyone is having issues with Virgin Media Broadband? Ours has been intermittent for past 9 days!

Re: Virgin Broadband
I used to be on Virgin - for years. Expensive and unreliable with diabolical customer service to boot.
I've recently moved to community fibre and I like it.
I got three months free and then it was still cheaper and faster than Virgin.
If you use my link I get a £100 amazon voucher and so do you.

Re: Virgin Broadband
Well, I'll consider moving to Community Fibre if they ever beat my current plan. *And* provided I can keep a non-broadband landline. Remember what happened in the terrible storms in Scotland earlier this year, when people were unable even to call for emergency help because their phones were broadband-only, and the broadband was out?

We’ve had the same problems for the last 2.5 weeks. I’ve contacted them multiple times and been told different things. Again today I was told it should be fixed imminently. Have your issues been resolved yet?
Re: Virgin Broadband
hello - yes we had exactly the same. they finally changed the router to a different model and so far seems OK!

Re: Virgin Broadband
hmmm I have been having intermittent loss of broadband with Virgin Media since mid-August and its still ongoing... it happens every day, few times per day, making it very unreliable when working from home. They keep giving me a new ETA for the final fix and promptly on said ETA the problem is not fixed. They said its a severe network issue in SE26... new ETA is 7th October... which I doubt it will be met...

Re: Virgin Broadband
Only one thing that Virgin will understand - move to a more reliable supplier.
Try community fibre - £100 amazon voucher for you and same for me.
