Collect plus

Hi all, has anyone ever used the supermarket wells park rd , as a click and collect store. I bought something on ebay, and selected it as a collect plus shop to receive my item. It was sent via royal mail, and should have been there by now, even allowing for the present virus thing. I havent been sent my code to pick up parcel yet, but thought i would enquire. Anyway the guy made it sound like their not taking in parcels yet, due to present virus. Just wondered wether anyone has picked up a parcel from them recently, and are they reliable as a click n collect store? Thanks, terry
