Does anyone know anything about the new proposal for development of 53 Peak Hill?

Hi Patricia,

I would have thought Councillor Chris Best would be best person to call on this. She was pursuing this subject as a kind of mediator between the Planning Authority, Housing Association & local residents.

There is currently a new Council application outstanding (deadline for objections 16 February). Although the Council made some concessions to residents last year, the new application does not properly reflect these, so residents are currently sending in objections pointing that out.

I have an email distribution list to keep local residents informed of developments. You can PM if you would like more information.
