I had someone knock at my door today on Lawrie Park Road saying he was selling cleaning products to collect money for the homeless. He didn't give a charity and his badge looked completely fake. He was about 5ft 8, black and dressed in black clothing, he had a large black back pack which was all red on the back. He said his name was Jason Little.
I very much doubt he was genuine and believe he is either trying to sell items or more likely casing properties out so thought I would mention it to make people aware.

There were a couple of sellers approached me on Newlands Park the other day as I was waiting for a bus - they appeared to have all the usual wares, and I assumed they were genuine. Don't know if they're related to this.

Possibly, if it was around the same days. It could be kids on the make. But I doubt very much they are collecting for homeless charities, you wouldn't sell cleaning products if you wanted to raise money and you would at the very least say which charity you were collecting on behalf of.
