That time of year again, a chance to pick up some local gardeners' spare plants, and also to see the man who will almost certainly soon be our Mayor

Ah, unilateral nuclear disarmament. What a great idea.

Ukraine gave up their nukes a few years ago on the promise from Russia and Europe that no one would invade Ukraine (the Budapest Memorandum). Didn’t that go well for Ukraine..?
